ADMISSION GUIDELINES

 

Children are required to be registered for admission to the school. This school prospectus containing registration – cum – admission from is available on payment of rs. 500/- in cash at reception counter in school premise or by post on payment Rs. 500/- by DD in favour of Mamta Niketan Convent School payable at Tarn Taran. Registration will start from 1st January every year. The registration form duly filled in shall accepted along with registration fee of rs. 500/- at the school till 10th Feb.

The Registration of the child does not guarantee admission to the school and the registration fee is neither transferable nor refundable. Admission will be granted only on clearance of proficiency test for which the syllabi and dates will be intimated after registration.

The admission of a child means complete acceptance of all the school rules and regulation by the parents/guardian. The school rules are subject to change at the discretion of management.

Parents / Guardian must intimate any change of address to the school immediately so that postal information regarding their ward reach them timely. The school reserves the right to refuse admission or re-admission without assigning any reason for doing so.     

Documents required

  • Copy of birth certificate issued by Govt. Authority.
  • Latest Marks Sheets of School in which the child studying /Transfer Certificate from school last attended.
  • Four copies each of latest passport size coloured photograph of child.
  • Two copies of passport size photographs of father, mother and local guardian.
  • Medical questionnaire duly completed on the form supplied by the school.
  • Valid passport, visa and residence permit in respect of foreign and NRI students.
  • Agreement on Non Judicial stamp paper duly signed by parents/guardian and must be attested by Notary (as per format supplied with admission form).
